According to the National Association of REALTORS® 2017 Profile of Home Staging, 77 percent of buyer’s agents said staging made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home and 92 percent of homebuyers (according to realtor.org) use the internet as part of their home search, making listing photos a critical factor.
